If you are looking to further your career by joining one of the UKs most successful roofing manufacturers, do not let this opportunity pass you by. The successful candidate will have good technical knowledge of flat roof, waterproof systems. This will include Single Ply, Hot Melt and Liquid products.
Covering the northwest of the UK and will focus on the 'New Build' sector. My client is happy to speak with salespeople from other building envelop sectors with specification sales experience. Must have excellent communication and negotiating skills as the role will comprise of various routes to market such as, Architects, Specifiers, End Users, Housing Associations, Local Authorities, Contractors etc. The commercial team are supported by the technical department but they will be expected to offer technical support & solutions when required. Must be able to confidently carrying out CPDs, attending tradeshows and seminars to assist in promoting the product range and services.
I.T. Literate and will be required to produce accurate monthly reports to measure activity levels while regularly liaising with colleagues and management to collaborate on market trends, competition proactivity & sales strategies.
