My client is a leading name in commercial & Industrial flat roofing projects across the UK. Specialising in both Refurbishment & New Build projects offering a range of high quality roofing products along with a comprehensive technical support team. In order to strengthen their southern operation, an opportunity has presented itself for a specification driven salesperson to join the southeast region.
The ideal candidates will have a proven track record in understanding who and where to prospect for refurbishment roofing projects. Experience in carrying out roof surveys & condition reports with the technical knowledge when liaising with building surveyors, specifiers, local authorities etc. Knowledge of roofing products and systems including Single ply, Hot Melts, Built up Felts & Liquid will be an advantage along with the ability to develop and enhance long-term relationships.
A strong negotiator who can decisively communication at all levels and is target driven, working within a like-minded team. Regular reports will be required so project progress and actively levels can be monitored. In return, my client is offering a generous package for the successful candidate that includes earning potential in access of 100k and all company benefits.
