A fantastic opportunity to joining one of the UK's most successful names in the roofing industry. Focusing on the refurbishment sector, candidates must have a proven track record in converting specification opportunities into sales. Developing long-standing relationships with Building Surveyors, Management Practices, Specifiers and Contractors across the southeast.
Must have the ability to develop and implement the area business plan in order to exceed sales & margin targets. The ability to carry out roof surveys and condition reports when required, while offering technical solutions when required with a range of products include Bitumen Felts, Single ply and Liquid Systems. Resilient with the ability to manage projects from concept to completion, interpret technical drawings and present solutions effectively while protecting specifications through the project cycle.
Must be able to demonstrate strong negotiating skills and the ability to multitask when managing various sales procedures. Undertake sales/technical presentations to develop specification sales while analysing market conditions & competitor activity. A clear and precise communicator at all levels, providing accurate reports outlining activity levels and successes.
