Fire Protection Technical Lead

We have an exciting new opportunity with one of the UK's leading manufacturers of insulation and building products. We are looking for an experienced technical individual who has extensive knowledge within the Fire-Protection sector. The role will involve leading the Fire-Protection technical team in providing industry-leading technical and design support for fire protection projects. In this strategic role, you will be instrumental in driving the growth and providing ongoing commercial support for Fire-stopping and Fire Protection business.

The primary purpose of this role is to lead the Fire-stopping technical team, establishing and delivering industry-leading technical and design support for our client's fire protection projects. The role holder will contribute directly to the strategic growth of the business by providing expert guidance and ongoing support to commercial and project stakeholders. Provide advanced guidance on complex product applications and fire strategy. Play an important team role in the management and strategic direction of our fire-stopping and fire protection business. Directly and through your team, deliver expert level design guidance to specifiers, contractors, consultants, and other key project stakeholders, reinforcing the companies position as the preferred technical partner.

Attend fire testing or site visits when required. Must be able to use CAD with the ability to create or modify CAD drawings. Collate and produce reports on activity levels while being a clear & precise communicator at all levels.
