Our client is an global manufacturer of various building products & materials who is currently looking for a Technical Area sales manager to cover an M62 sales territory.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in developing relationships with a number of customers including local authorities, housing associations, building surveyors, contractors, Architects & end users.
To identify sales opportunities, demonstrate the work required by carrying out roof surveys and selling the appropriate solution from a range of high quality waterproofing systems.
Knowledge of flat roofing systems would be preferred, however having a background in technical sales that includes presenting confident CPDs and offering technical advice and solutions is essential.
