Technical Area Sales Manager

We are delighted to working with one of the leading flat roof waterproofing manufacturers with a widely respected reputation across the UK. An opportunity to join their external sales team has presented itself to focus on NW London & home counties.

The success candidate will be responsible for developing the region by supporting and servicing the network of contractors and generate new enquiries & specifications through engaging with Architects, Surveyors, Engineers, Local Authorities and Specifiers. Developing existing relationships and increasing a strong pipeline of project opportunities. Having an awareness of how and where to prospect for new sales, deliver CPDs to target specifiers, attend trade shows and promote the full waterproofing range of systems. 

Experience in carrying out roofing surveys and Condition reports would be an advantage however, must have good technical understanding to advise and offer solutions when required. The ability to comply with Health & safety, company policies & procedures. Compile and update all records, databases & CRM reports.
