Our client is a widely recognised name within the construction industry who have implemented expansion plans across the UK within their roofing division. To enhance their existing sales team, we are looking to speak with technically driven salespeople with a background in flat roofing. The focus for this role is the 'New Build' sector, where it is essential in developing and maintaining long-standing relationships with Architects, Specifiers, Building Surveyors, Management Practices etc.
A clear understanding in prospecting for project opportunities to generate an increasing specification pipeline. Identify new clients & implement strategy to maximise opportunities including confidently delivering CPD seminars, attending tradeshows and exhibitions to promote products & service. Monitor sales and margin performance against targets. Analyse market intelligence with knowledge of competitor activity to advise on appropriate product. A clear & decisive negotiator who can undertake the administrative element of the role in producing activity reports & project progression.
The protection/management of the specification bank is a key element to the role to ensure client & company expectations are met. Geographically, we are looking for candidates who reside to the south of London which would also include, Hants, Surrey, Sussex & Kent.
