In order for my client to take the company to the next level and continue its success, we are wanting to speak to commercial driven, well connected individuals with the management & leaderships skills to become the General Manager. Reporting directly to the owner, which will form an initial partnership in growing the business. The successful candidate will have strong negotiating experience when managing supply chain agreements, sourcing products from oversees for the UK market. Assisting the marketing & I.T. team in the development of the on-line service for the roof trade with a strategic foresight in identifying market opportunities and commercial direction.
My client is keen for the General Manager to be confident in their attributes & ability while being transparent with an open & approachable management style who will recognise the full potential of this position and develop the team.
