Technical Area Sales Manager

Our client is a global name within the construction industry with a reputation for delivering high quality products and services across various divisions.

With continuous expansions plans across the UK market, an opportunity to increase their external sales team has presented itself. My client is keen to speak with experienced salespeople with a background in roofing. Focusing on the refurbishment sector, the successful candidate will posses good technical knowledge when liaising with Architects, Specifiers, Building Surveyors etc..

The ability to carry out roof surveys to demonstrate roof failures and Condition reports when required.

Building new relationships via Local Authorities, Housing Associations, Management Practices, while enhancing existing ones to ensure prospecting for new sales opportunities/projects reach KPI expectations and sales targets are met. Able to offer technical advise & solutions when required, confident in delivering CPDs, attending trade shows and communicating at all levels. Working closely with the sales team & technical department, while reporting to the Regional Sales Director. Producing written & verbal reports on-going projects and managing projects through to completion.
