- Description
- We are delighted to be offering the opportunity to join one of the UK's most recognised names in flat roofing. The position is for an experienced sales person to join their specification team, overseeing a Northwest sales region. Focusing on the refurbishment sector where the successful candidate will be maintaining existing relationships while developing new ones via a varied client base. This will include Architects, Specifiers, Building surveyors, Local Authorities etc. Liaising with an approved network of Contractors will contribute towards the prospecting required to increase the overall specification pipeline.
The role will also require roof surveys to be carried out along with condition reports while advising the best alternatives available. Must be commercially aware with the self motivation to identify roof projects and negotiate effectively to win new business. Attending trade shows, carrying out CPDs and communicating with colleagues & management on a regular basis will maintain a strong team ethic.
Good I.T. skills in order to report on successes both verbally and written. Work accordingly to market conditions and trends with awareness of competitors offering and market position.
