Location: North West
Our client, a leading specialist Roofing & Cladding Contractor, is seeking a skilled Commercial Manager/Quantity Surveyor for their Flat Roofing company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Quantity Surveying, specifically within the Roofing & Cladding industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the financial aspects of projects
Review estimates and budgets
Procurement and contract administration
Cost control and final account settlement
Ensure projects are executed within budget while maintaining quality standards
Adhere to relevant client requirements, regulations, and industry best practices
