- We are representing a well established, award winning construction company based in the East Midlands. Specialising in various construction sectors that include affordable housing, retail, education, along with commercial and industrial projects. An opportunity has presented itself for a Senior Estimator. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in a variety of estimating within the Construction industry. A high attention to detail and provide an innovative and proactive approach to problem solving while meeting deadlines & client expectation.
Role Highlights:
Deliver competitive and accurate tendering for projects up to £15m
Prepare Traditional and Design & Build tenders
Appraise tender documents and manage risk and value
Present to internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
Building background with extensive knowledge of all aspects of refurbishment and new build construction
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and estimating software
Understanding of current Health and Safety requirements
Ability to manage multiple projects
