Our client, one of the leading global names in roofing has an opportunity for a driven and experienced salesperson to join their pitched roof specification team. The role will be focused in the southwest of the UK with the ideal candidate residing in the Bristol area but this is not essential.
The position will require someone who can be adaptable as responsibilities will include supporting a network of local branches. This will involve providing staff training to pass on technical selling points and product knowledge, assisting to maintain adequate stock levels and helping to maintain and improve customer experience by strengthening branch relationships with key accounts. The second element to the position will be developing new business opportunities while enhancing existing clients in the region. Liaising with House Builders, Developers, Specifiers and Architects.
Carrying out presentations, offering technical solutions when required, prospecting for future development sites, attending trade shows and working closely with various teams within the company in order to offer a full comprehensive roofing service. The successful candidate must be a well orgainised and competence negotiator with strong commercial awareness and technical knowledge. Communicate at all levels with a 'can do' attitude to exceed targets and budgets.
