Focusing on the refurbishment sector, candidates must possess a proactive drive in effectively prospecting & developing long-standing relationships with Architects, Management Practices, Specifiers, Contractors, etc.
The main objective is to develop and implement the area business plan in order to achieve sales & margin targets. This will involve carrying out roof surveys and condition reports when required, while offering technical solutions with a range of products, which include Bitumen Felts, Single ply and Liquid Systems. Working closely with the technical division to assist in winning industrial & commercial projects within the West Midlands
Must be able to demonstrate strong negotiating skills and the ability to multitask when managing various sales procedures. Undertake sales/technical presentations to develop specification sales while analysing market conditions & competitor activity. A clear and precise communicator at all levels, providing accurate reports outlining activity levels and successes.
