Our client is a widely recognised leading manufacturer of roofing systems with an established presence across the UK. With a wealth of experience within the refurbishment and 'new build' sectors, they boast a high quality, comprehensive service. An exciting opportunity to join their external sales team has presented itself, focusing on the West midlands region..
We are keen to speak to candidates with knowledge of flat roof waterproofing systems & products within the 'New Build' sector. Experience in dealing with Architects, Specifiers, End Users and Contractors is essential with good technical understanding. A self motivated, team player who can communicate at all levels. Must have the ability to confidently present CPDs and offer technical advice when required. Strong awareness of where to prospect for new project opportunities while developing relationships across various routes to market.
Reporting & liaising with management, providing written & verbal reports on activity levels while monitoring projects through to completion. Work in accordance to market conditions & trends with a strategic approach to increase the client base & maximise the areas potential.
