Technical Area Sales Manager

Our client is a widely recognised designer, supplier and installer of commercial & industrial roofing projects across the UK. With a wealth of experience within the refurbishment and 'new build' sectors, they boast a high quality, comprehensive service. In order to strengthen their commercial presence, an opportunity for a salesperson with a background in roofing has presented itself. 

Focusing in the West Midlands, we are keen to speak to candidates with knowledge of flat roof waterproofing systems & products. My client is happy to consider candidates with a preference towards either specification sales or developing the network of approved Contractors. A self motivated, team player who can communicate at all levels. If specification driven, must have the ability to confidently present CPDs and offer technical advice when required. Strong awareness of where to prospect for new project opportunities while developing relationships with Local Authorities, Housing Associates, Building Surveyors etc.

Reporting & liaising with management, providing written & verbal reports on activity levels while monitoring projects through to completion. Work in accordance to market conditions & trends with a strategic approach to increase the client base & maximise the areas potential.
