Technical Area Sales Manager

Product Knowledge:      Flat Roofing

Sales Area / Based:        West Midlands

Route to Market:           Specification Contractors

Salary / Package:           Up to 60k plus Commission & all company benefits

 

Our Client

Our client is an widely recognised manufacturer of building envelope products who is currently looking for an experienced salesperson to cover a West Midlands sales territory.

This is an ideal opportunity for anyone with a strong background in construction sales who is looking to further their career by joining one of the most successful names in the roofing sector. Candidates must have technical understanding in any building envelope product, whether it be Roofing, Cladding, Facades, Rainscreen, Insulation etc.

Having experience in identifying sales opportunities/projects via a number of routes to market from Housing Associations & Councils to Architects & Specifiers. Must be confident in delivering CPDs and offer technical solutions when required. Building long-standing relationships & liasing with the local network of approved Contractors is essential in building the area, increasing sales & promoting the service. Carrying out reports/surveys, producing written reports while being I.T. literate are further responsibilities required. 

There will be product training for the successful candidate along with on-going support via the company network.
