Salary / Package:                Up to 48k Plus Bonus & Benefits

 

Our Client

Our client is a national Service & Maintenance Contractor who is currently looking for a Business Development Manager to cover the London sales territory.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven individual with some contracting knowledge looking to join an organisation offering longevity and exciting career progression. Specialising in a wide range of refurbishment projects with a wide range of clients including, Surveyors, Local Authorities, Housing Associations, Social Housing, Education, Mods etc..

The successful candidate must posses strong relationship building qualities in order to expand the existing client base and secure repeat business. Liaising with local branches to maximise the areas business growth. The role will involve meeting clients on site to evaluate each project using condition reports with photo evidence. Advising on additional work unaccounted for, producing written quotes and winning new business.
