My client is a leading name in roofing who offer a complete flat roofing service on various sized commercial & industrial projects across the UK. Part of this service is aftercare. An important role for someone with a strong 'hands on' background in roofing. The successful candidate will have good technical understanding who can carry out on-site investigations. There could be a number of reasons why a system may have failed so it is vital to identify the issue and resolve it in accordance with the guarantee. This may involve carrying out temporary repairs on leaks to avoid potential further damage.
Auditing contractors and installers while liaising with others members of the technical team and supporting clients at all times. Accurately recording cases with written reports is essential so future failures can be avoided.
An practical team player with an eye for detail, who can rely on their own initiative can look forward to a competitive salary with company vehicle and company benefits.
