My client is a globally recognised name within the construction industry. An established reputation in the UK for manufacturing high quality products and delivering commercial & industrial projects. To maintain their high standards and presence across their Southwest region, a specification driven sales person is required to join their team.
Candidates must have knowledge of flat roofing systems with a proven track record in liaising with Architects, Contractors, Surveyors, Management Practices & End Users. Having a clear focus on prospects for new business opportunities to develop the area & client base. Implementing business plans and monitoring sales & margin performances against targets. Liaise and co-operate with the technical support and contractors. The ability to oversee projects from design to completion, offering technical solutions & advise when required while adhering to the specification to assist in meeting customers expectations.
A strong negotiator, who can naturally develop long term relationships and confidently present CPDs. The ability to present accurate reports with the necessary IT skills needed.
