An opportunity to join one of the most recognised names in the construction industry with a global presence and strong UK foothold. We are looking for a Specification Manager who will be responsible for driving roofing sales growth across the Midlands by increasing the number of new build specifications and ensuring those opportunities are converted into sales. Operating at the front end of the sales cycle, working closely with Architects, designers, and main contractors to influence, secure, and protect specifications.
Identifying opportunities using tools such as Glenigan, align activity to regional strategy and key market sectors while building and managing a strong pipeline. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of winning specifications with Architects/designers, ability to interpret technical drawings and prevent solutions effectively. Good understanding of UK construction standards and regulations with the ability to develop and enhance long term relationships with natural communications skills at all levels. This role will play a key part in converting early-stage opportunities into tangible business outcomes while working across a wide network of stakeholders in the construction sector.
